• Today the generative approach to design represents the best way to carry out the idea as a product, and not only the product as a representation of the idea.
• The generative approach allows the possibility to produce, as the natural DNA does, always different and unpredictable series of objects, all recognizable by a basic idea: their genetic code.
• This approach is identifiable as one of the most advanced approaches in creative world. Industrial Design, Music, Visual Art, Architecture, Environmental Design, Multimedia and Movies are the fields more involved in this challenge.
• GA'98 gives the opportunity to develop and to exchange various experiences and approaches in Generative Art, and to communicate these new opportunities to the working world today.

registration fee for the conference and workshop is It.L. 500.000.
For European Academy Members the registration fee is It.L. 450.000.
This includes morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches on both 17 and 18 Dec, the Conference Dinner and a copy of Conference proceedings.
The cost of Conference dinner for each accompanying person is It.L. 90.000 .
Registration after October 30 is It.L. 600.000
